Covergirl has a new foundation that has been launched with the Covergirl Summer 2015 Collection.  It is the Covergirl Outlast Stay Luminous Foundation.  Covergirl describes it as:

Outlast Stay Luminous Foundation’s oil-free, non-greasy formula gives your skin a natural luminosity that lasts all day! Perfect for achieving radiant skin, this all day foundation hydrates skin while providing flawless coverage.

Like it’s predecessor, Covergirl Outlast Stay Fabulous 3 in 1 it comes in a glass bottle with a pump!  At this time, there are only 7 shades available, which doesn’t represent a significant range, but hopefully in time, more shades will be made available.

I am currently wearing shade #842.  It has a yellow undertone, which works for me as I have pink undertones.  The texture is very creamy and applies so smoothly!  When first pumped onto my hand, I do not see any shimmer or sparkle.  Only with magnification onto the face, can I see a very subtle hint of shimmer.  Otherwise, when applied, my skin looks fresh and awake with a natural finish.  I don’t use a primer, and the foundation provided excellent long lasting wear, for my 8 hour day.  I do have some oiliness to my t-zone and I found the foundation didn’t accentuate this ( I did use a mattifying powder to my t-zone ).

Overall I am loving this new foundation and have put my Outlast Stay Fabulous away for now 🙂    I’m really satisfied with how nicely it evens out my skin tone, doesn’t settle into any fine lines, and adds a hint of glow to my skin.  It’s a shame it comes in just 7 shades, but there are testers available so be sure to check them out to see if there is a match for you.
