Coming Soon: Urban Decay Naked Smoky Palette Summer 2015

Urban Decay tried to “break the internet” with news of a New Naked Smoky Palette, which is expected to launch at UrbanDecay.com on July 8, and then in stores in mid July.  It will retail for $54 US.  According to Cosmopolitan, it already has a wait list!!

This is what cosmopolitan.com had to say:

Cosmopolitan.com got to preview the palette and take a closer look at it. Even before you get to the shadows, the packaging is a knockout: The clear plastic has a smoky haze effect that looks mysterious and chic, and the mirror inside spans the length and width of the palette, making it feel like a full-length mirror for your eyes.

The new brush design means you only need the one brush to create a full-on smoky eye. The shorter end applies the pigment so it’s super concentrated, but you can also use it to smudge. The fluffier end of the brush is great for blending.

Unlike other eye shadow palettes (not the Naked ones), which often come with a couple colors you probably never use (yellow, turquoise, etc.), Smoky has exactly the shades you need to create a smoky eye and none of the filler. Plus, the shadows come in multiple textures, from shimmery to matte.
